She believes in treating each individual in a holistic manner, in order to facilitate their recovery and their ability to reach their personal functional goals. Sima uses a combination of manual therapy, modalities, exercise, and education to treat her clients.
She has a wide range of clinical experience in both the private and public sectors, ranging from working with individuals with various musculoskeletal injuries as well as post-surgical, acquired brain injury, and pediatric rehabilitation. She also has a special interest in concussion management.
Sima hopes to continue to update her knowledge through taking courses in soft tissue release techniques, kinesiotaping, and acupuncture. She has always had an avid interest in fitness and enjoys participating in yoga, zumba, and spinning classes in her spare time.
